Hi…I have very skinny fingers, so the rings I got made fit perfectly but the ones from the otherside are HUGE and I can’t go to the jewellers and get them made smaller as no time, so any other ideas?
I tried cellotape, it works but makes the ring sticky so dropped that idea..
Tying thread around the back is too tedious a task..
help plz!
wear it on another finger..a fatter one..or i think u can get band to wear underneath the ring..just heard bout this though not sure where to get it nd stuff..ask jewellers..
..i also have this problem..dont y a just hate skinny fingers?..:)

My sister had this problem and one of her friend told her to take them to a pawn shop or jewelry shop. They can put like a little stick thingy to make to make the radius smaller according to your size. That is what my sister did.

**I too have the same problem... same problem with my chooriyan and same with almost every ring.... There's hardly any ring that fits into my finger exactly!
That's what when I have engagement... I just told them to have a ring for me as much smaller in size as they can... and that worked.. fitted exactly into my finger...
My mom now gave me two rings, too lose... I have an idea to wear double rings instead (wearing a tight delicate ring after that lose ring)> BTW I dont like wearing ring in EVERY finger.. wearing rings in ring finger(s) look perfect.... So I thought I would try wearing double rings in my ring finger.

there is something u can buy at local stores....i dont know the name for it but it's like having a small piece of plastic the shape of half of the ring on the bottom. it helps tighten the ring around your finger......

I was about to say what marena just said..i've seen rubber grips that are transparent and that fit on the bottom part of the ring.

my cousin had the same problem with her wedding ring, then she went to the jeweller, he took her finger size & took the ring & cut it from the backside (the band), & join it again, the joint was shown but since it was at the back of hand so it was okay, atleast better then threads & bands etc

It takes the jewellers about a day or 2 to get them smaller...I m sure if u take them to any jeweller in Karacchi they can do that for you...Hyderi has a lot of Jewellers or you can go to Gulf...whichever is closer...
I had my rings sized smaller...and he gave them back in a day...

Oh and these days...they make rings that have the adjusting band...that's what me and my sister got with our bridal sets...

Meri engagement se aik din pehlay meri SIL ayien, kehti hain tumhari ring tumharay kehnay k aien mutabbiq bhut chotay size ki li ha... aor ghar mien mujhy sab dant rahay hain k ye tu meri sab se choti beti ko nhi ati, tumhaien kahan se ayegi.... jo haal hua tha na mera sun kar k aien time pe fit na aye tu kia hua... amazingly that itted exactly to my finger size!
that transparent rubber idea is tooo good!
It's a small transparent rubber attachment i've seen it in pharmacies and shops here..sorry don't know abt karachi.
