You probably need a new mouse. I hope you are using an optical mouse, otherwise you are living in stone age.

Some time the drivers are also conflicting... hay not your car drivers rather the file info that show the device how to work....
though it also happens when you are having trojens... as some time they also deny right click for some of its own usage...
and also if you are visiting a site and there are some codes installed that dont allow you there to use simple right click. Though it is possible somehow to use right click menu there too :p
