When ur baby refuses to feed, what do u do? Does he get formula or do u just not feed him then?

sometimes i give him
formula and at times i express milk when he refuses..

Also ur diet seems great for weight loss, but if u restrict calories enough… ur milk supply WILL go down. I don’t know how many calories ur eating but go back to ur regular diet (cut out the sugar tho) and see if that helps. If it does end up being a diet issue, then it depends on u… do u want to lose weight or continue bf’ing until a certain time?
