I was reading online about how good it is to eat probiotic food, so I went out and bought lots of probiotic yogurt from activia and la yogurt. I haven’t tried any yet… cuz I’m worried about one thing… my friend said that in her case… it gave her increased flatulence ![]()
Has anyone here eaten the probiotic stuff? And does it really make you very flatulent? I know its supposed to help with your digestive system… but I dont need all that extraaaaaa help lol
