Pro Messy Updo?

So I just got to Lahore and my brothers getting married in like 10 days and ive been racking my brain about what to do with my hair. On the valima im wearing a really nice saree from Maria B but im not sure how they do hair here? I was thinking messy side updo .. but I have a feeling that might be kind of auntyish with the sari? plus i was talking to my cousin and she said that they probably wont know what your even talking about when you say “messy updo” … so should I stick with this or play it safe with like a side ponytail or something? wat do ppl even do with their hair when they wear saris ?? helppppp
ps. im 17 i dno if that affects anything hairwise butt… just dnt wna look like an aunty

big NO to side ponytail
on my sis's wedding i wore sari and left my hair open....
if u have really gud hair cut jst for for styling and leave it open....it doesnt look that bad

if you want the younger look - then leave your hair open - super straighten it. If you want a more mature look - an updo is good!

my sister is getting married in the summer and im gonna wear a sari, im gonna do really curls on the bottom and a semi poof on top. like lindsay lohan in just my luck

Depending on u're hair-length, straight hair at the top.. and loose curls at the bottom look nice with a sari :) an updo is always risky for looking a bit too mature.. (especially in pictures)

i really like that updo!! i think with a saree it'll look really elegant, im not too keen on the side ponytail. Straightening ur hair will give u a modern look, but because we havent seen you, it'll be best to get opinions from peope around you.

remember, its ur bros wedding!! u have to stand out! personally i'd go for that look in the pic with dead flashy earings.. :)

yes the best that goes with a saari is curls . short hair also look good . once i had a razor + steps and front flicker cut all mixed - but that looked gorgeous on a saari - though i was very much hesitant for it :)

depends on ure face shape and hair strenght etc. usually curls suit the most
