actually india was trying to do multi-tasking but failed big time.they were trying to impress the athletes that they can not only hold successful games but can also make and launch sophisticated missiles at the same.I mean what has a somalian athlete to do with this display of missiles during games.you guys are holding games.you can do this launching stuff later but no u wanna prove yourself idiots and proved u did.

Things can get retarded, but not more than this. If India is hosting some games, does it mean that all other activities need to be stopped. Hey I am flying out to US to sign an important business deal next week. Should I stop that too because the games are underway.

Things can go wrong. It does not mean that India does not have the ability to launch again. A thorough analysis is required and would be done on why it failed. It would be rectified and the necessary action taken.
