when ever i print the printer prints the same document again . it is stuck at the particular copy and keeps printing it.

is it some setting fault on the laptop or is it the printer error?

is it some document setting that can be undone,

plz urgent i need help

im in a hurry

are you printing the same document again and again?:ASA:

check print queue and clear all document/s in queue.

Restarting the printer clears the queue.

restart both the computer and the printer to be sure to flush anything thats in the memory.

i reinstalled the printer and it worked

but restarting was a better option. would have saved time :hmmm:
