According to Mr Justice Warren’s ruling pringles are not potato crisps.

Their packaging, “unnatural shape” and the fact that the potato content is less than 50% helped Warren MJ to come to a decision.

Do you agree or disagree with his ruling? Why?

I always hated Pringles they do not taste good ,there are so many nice alternatives.

He can not prevent them from being called crisps.
I hope he also goes after cheese slices aka processed cheese food :)

Well they r just chemically produced junk, which sometimes do taste nice and they are quite addictive as well.

The ruling in consideration ruled that Pringles chips are not a potato snack, and therefore isn't taxable under British regulations.

As there's a 17 and a half percent tax on potato crisps, sticks and puffs made from potato, potato flour, or potato starch… Therefore we are talking big money here

It aint a small tariff………

I personally don’t like them much .. but hey Pringles cans are great for storing pens, pencils, small paint brushes and tooth brushes….. :D

Yes he cant as Pringle’s makes potato “crisps,” not “chips.”
