is the bold part mutual meaning does he feel respect care about the girl’s parents too. is sense of humor included? he’s smart but is he arrogant about it? are his parents mean and arrogant or totally down to earth. all these other factors are important. if all these other things are ok and as long as he respects and loves the girl, great, i think the mutual love can happen, why not
