Anyone actually go and try these out? Remember Shahreen aunty ( :nahnah: ) was telling us of them?

I tried them out, and dude, I didn’t get my period until I stopped taking them. It came a full week late

I think it's normal for the cycle to change once in awhile, don't worry

I’ve just started taking it…actually started taking it on the day my p started…it tells you to take about 1000mg which is 2 pills, but I’m just taking one…did it help with the bloating and the pain though? Does it help with mood swings…I turned into a monster yet again this pms

I've never heard that it can delay your period PCG, in fact it's said to help regulate your cycle if anything.

But you do need to take it for a couple of months before you get it's full benefits.

oh are you supposed to take it every day? or just around the pms days?

cat-woman - it SO DID help with the mood swings. the cramping and bloating not so much, but definitely the mood swings.

You're supposed to take them every day, regardless of your cycle.

It’s not normal if it’s happening every month, you should go see a doc then, maybe he/she can prescribe something to regulate the cycle.
