What is a primer?(primer for the eyemake up)
And if anyone can recommend any primer from these brands:
- Loreal
- Maybelline
- Max Factor

A primer is used as a base for eye shadows, it makes the shadow last longer and makes the colour look better too.
I dont really know wat is the best primer in those brands. :)
Sorry dont know any from those brands, but i can vouch for Urban Decay, Primer Potion, i swear by it!

Primer is really good to make your eyeshadow last long and look smooth. It helps keep it in place and prevents creasing. I use it when I have to do some serious eye makeup for a party or formal occasion. The one I use is by MAC in Shimmersand. Love it.
How is Loreal Decrease eye shadow base???????????

Urbay Decay eye primer is the BEST! doesn't crease eyeshadow or concealer..and your eyeshadow will stay put for a very long time without needing touchup
