It would have been good if you had missed it, cuz its all crap, I didn't like it at all.

I heard it was not something to do backflips about.....and just cheesy speeches with some bandar tamasha :p

p.s If i had Prime i would watch it :(

I recorded the farewell ceremony and that programm "Aik Jaiza".. Either I'll set up FTP my self or I'll upload of teasers ftp for everyone to download.....
Hopefully I'll do the same with the big matches.... like Pak VS Aus and Pak vs Ind and everone who miss the live action can enjoy some recorded matches.

LahoriMunda: that will rock if you can set up an FTP ......thanks in advance dude. BTW you wouldnt happen to have the highlights of SA Vs AUS WC99 SemiFinal?....i have been looking all over for that match (Best ODI Ever)

I just watched it on Prime TV, what a great way to motivate your team, I must say the organizers did a very good job. The music was first class and the crowd was enthusiastic.
Overall a very good job and much better than the crappy opening ceremony.

assalamoalikum :jhanda:

the ceremony was average beyond my expectations as they (ptv prime) cut lots of the proramme to finish in time for the drama wafa ke mausam, they do it all the time they have cut mela’s before and dramas so they don’t overrun other programmes schedule, just disgusting really…

what is the point you wait for something for soooooooo long and they do this cut the programme bast****

this commercial advertising which ptv prime bases its programmes on will one day have mohini’s pigeon hole full of e-mails complaining about programme cuts… insha’allah

I saw the ceremony!:hula: I think it was absolutely amazing. Very colorful and beautiful. South Africa is such a beautiful country, one of the many I would love to visit.

Insha’Allah I hope the best for Pakistan :jhanda: in this tournament.

assalmoalikum :jhanda:

nyfella what planet are u on we weren’t discussing the opening veremony held in south africa but we were discussing the ceremony held in gadaffi stadium lahore

what a foooooool l!!!

LahoriMunda, can you please upload it here or email it??

lol @ nyfella..

LahoreMunda...it would be great if you could upload the program, "Cricket : Aik Jayeeza" I missed it and it would be wonderfull if you could upload it somewhere so the people who missed it....can watch it.

It was definately a wonderfull show.. i love it.. but some of the songs wasnt related to the world cup.. i wanted to hear the Junoon;s song which they make for worldcup..

btw i like the cute poem soem one wrote that for the team
anwyay overall it was really great… ALL THE BEST PAKISTANI TEAM :jhanda:

As soon as I am able to upload that stuff on teasers ftp i'll inform all of you and then u can download it from there.

teaser bhai, you are kinda right. Actually I was watching because I wanted to see Pakistani Tiger behind that pretty girl ;)

Apart from that Governer's speech, waris baig, and moin akhters chamcha look, I think it was pretty good. Did you see all those people getting dandas from the police? LOL

The danda part was really funny.

What’s with that hot girl? like they always showed her on the tv, constantly. Especially when they said Abdur Razzaq, she was cheering a lot.

It was a really patriotic farewell ceremony. :k:

I guess producer ki bet ho gi.

No loser would ever advertise their daughter like that...anyway she was some model for a local fashion magazine.

I heard some reports that police used brutality to disperse the crouds afterwards, is this true?
