mightn’t have gotten the role of the leading lady in Veer Zaara had our babe Kajol been around. I always have this feeling that a load of these ‘good’ actresses wouldn’t be riding the waves had Kajol been around. You’ve gotta admit…it was SUCH a kajol role. Wonder if she’ll ever make it back to showing the girls who is boss. Half these leading ladies are only here by default - kajols absence giving them the opportunity to push ahead with their careers. I’m not saying people like preity aren’t fab actresses in their own right. It’s a bit like when quality posters leave gs the not so good get a chance to revel in the limelight ( i’m not making any references here so calmmit). Khair, what do you guys reckon??
I can't stand Preity Zinta. She's quite annoying and overacts. Kajol is way better and doesn't have Preity's annoying voice to top it off.

Kajol any day over Preity. Preity still can't cry like Salman Khan. They both look fake when crying :( It ruins the whole movie for ya! Plus I don't see any on screen chemistry between srk-pz oh well Kajol ain't coming back so why bother.

I think that Preity Zinta is a good actress but in most of her
movies she over react like some1 say here.
And what has age to do with film industry? In Hollywood are actors and
actrice above 30 and looking good and act good.

with kajol not being there, it only means a films a superhit only cuz theres shahrukh in it..... the female lead does not matter...... it can be kajol or preity or kareena or whoever u put in tere......its diffuclt to explain it to a kajol fan, but her fan base has always been very small, and she got te most advantage out of being paired with shahrukh.........as we can see he can do without her very easily too.............by da way, i hate shahrukh khan, and preity has a two-year-olds chub on her face......deesgusting all 3 of them.........needless to say i hate the entire band of 4-word-long movies he has made.
oh one thing i'll add.........why i hate them........tey just dont look woman enough.............the way Madhuri or Ash or Raveena can, and they can also not pull off girl power like the kapoor sisters......
