I disagree, Dushwari. People rarely (read cannot) change their behaviour because of limited instances. Losing patience is a behaviour trait as well. If someone is losing patience and becoming a prick, then most probably that person is a prick anyway. That person will surely repeat the behaviour at other times as well.
