I had very stable career with leading and one of the top consulting company and after 6 years, I took an offer from a small media company, didnt suited me at all, environment was too bossy, conservative and employees werent open. things didnt work out and i had to leave this company.
now I am looking for new job, i am still using my short stint in CV, almost all the feedback I get cause of my past role with consultancy. always asked whats this 5 month role? i say mostly it was short contract.
should i mention this company on CV, if not I can mention a small friends company or just as career break. suggest me guys?
