Provide quality education for children living in poverty for free Provide employment, proper health care, housing.... in short provide people with the basic needs. Once people are provided with their basic needs, they wouldn't need to sell themselves or their young boys to meet the day to day needs of the family.
You mean those that do suicide bombings are only poor, deprived, and uneducated? Try to remember and think.
