PLease discuss ways and means by which The people of Pakistan can prevent foriegn interference:
**1) Pass Constitutional Amendment that clearly states: **
No Foriegn Parties or Indiduals whose Majority Vested Interests i.e. Wealth and Personal Property are outside of Pakistan’s Sovreignity shall be allowed to hold Public Office in Pakistan…
In other words…Put your Money where your Mouth is…:biggthumb
That will discourage any Looters who transfer Pakistan’s National Wealth to all those safe Swiss Loot Deposit Banks.
So either they bring back the wealth where it belongs or they kindly leave to baby sit their Loot.
I am not a legal expert so all the Criminal Justice Gurus please put forward your expert opinions!
If you want to Loot atleast have the decency to keep it inside the country…

It won't fix the Swiss foreign account issue. The problem with Swiss Accounts is that there is no name associated with them (which is why people love to hide money there, the banks' own records only have account numbers and not the account owner names).
Essentially, it's extremely difficult to prove whether or not someone is hiding looted money in Switzerland short of carrying out a major investigation - which you can't run on everyone all the time just in case they are hiding money there.
