Well, I'm not 100 percent sure, but the facial features are the same.
PcG is right. She's the Pakistani model in the 'dil ki baatein' video. I initially thought she was Spanish but i saw her pictures on an entertainment site, she's Pakistani for sure. I was thinking about posting her pictures too, but PcG got to it before me.

i never had any doubt abt her not being spanish cuz before this video she came in the Pantene pro-V commercial in paki and they used to show a clip of the billboard of Pantene in the commercial too but they don show that part here in US.
