Pressure cooker and gosh

Can someone please list step by step how to cook gosht in a pressure cooker safely?

Also, when making palak gosht(or another gosht salon for that matter), is the pressure cooker necessary? Is there another way I can cook the gosht on the stove even if it takes longer than the pressure cooker?

Re: Pressure cooker and gosh
