The history is full of events about men and their courage to go against populist trends.
When the warrior-Gen. Mohammad PBUH fought against Kuffar, everyone supported him.
However when Leader-President Mohammad PBUH made peace with Kuffar, even his close buddies (suhaba AH) didn’t accept the terms. He PBUH was accused by his own people to be in bed with Kuffar.
When Gen. George Washington fought the revolutionary war against Brits, everyone supported him.
However when President George Washington made peace with Brits, he was accused of British slavery. His own friends ditched him, and he died a broken hearted, disrespected man.
When Gen. Musharraf took over the reigns from bunch of infighting-kiddie-politikos, everyone supported him.
However when President Musharraf is making peace with the politikos, and trying to keep Pakistan safe from immense dangers, many in Pakistan are accusing him of corruption and slavery of the Americans.
There are many more examples of presidential courage. In each case the history proved that great men made wise decisions even when they faced huge opposition from their own people.

I am sure there will be people who would be willing to forgive Saddam, Hitler and what not. Forgiving looters of national wealth, large scale killers for the sake of extending one's rule is a crime against humanity, crime against nation.

Looks like severe case of reading un-comprehension on your part. Our Messenger had many roles to play. He played those roles as a general, as a political leader, as a CEO of trading company, as a spiritual guide etc. etc. (Read 99 names of him PBUH and hopefully you will get it).
The previous post is highlighting only two of His sifaat (capabilities and roles). Those happen to be the capability to be a warrior and a president.
In those capabilities, He PBUH can be compared to other leaders.

To me, it looks like severe case of mental constipation on your part. The likes of Mushy can be compared with Hugo, Saddam etc. The leadership of Prophet PBUH was directed by Allah swt, whereas so called leadership of Mushy is self imposed ruler who is manipulating laws of the very land to suit his needs.

why politicians and govt elite are given free run after looting billions of dollor, and many constables facing dismissal for corruption for few thousend rupees?
This is one ordinance that speak loudly who were not convicted yet, acting as innocents, must have done the crime for which they wanted amnesty!

i respected Musharraf before, but cant be part of his shamefull acts.
BB should get punishment in elections - if they are free and fair at all.
