I agree they should have the privelege to quench their thirst, but since when did clean drinking water become something for the stuck-up aunties in DHA to boast about?
"Hai, dekho hamare paas kitna paisa hai. We can drink water without spewing bloody diarrhea out of our rear ends."
Its not about spewing water from behind, rather getting water for its residents. If no one gets ANY water due to water shortage in lakes what would one do? Wash their behind with sea water?
