I belive Kargil war was started during the June/July of 2000 year. I don't know when this picture was taken. I was surfing the site and then this picture of Musharraf and Nawaz popped up in front of me!

It does. It proves that Nawaz was well aware of Kargil war. To believe Musharraf carried it without the permission of Nawaz is a bunch of rubbish! Nawaz went to U.S for the sake of his sugar mills. Coward!
