I am going to Pakistan on vacation. Where in Lahore I can find books and other electronic book or laptops for preschool education for babies 2 year of age. I have in English already but i am interested in Urdu which i could not find here.

you don't need special books or laptops. You teach them thing in your environment. Give the child crackers for and have him count before he eats, explore shapes, colors, patterns in the surrounding. Count things, try recognizing letter sounds and letters when shopping outside. Read story books together and ask the child to retell different segments of the story. Identify rhyming words in the story or figure out beginning sounds or other words. Name things around, talk what those things are used for. Bring variety of fruits and vegetables for lunch/dinner, talk about them and their qualities. Talk about people, cultural difference, naming places, etc.

I have seen very good preschool stuff for kids in 2nd /3rd or 4th floor of Pace shopping Mall main Bouleward Gulberg ( near hafeez centre). There are DVD's, 3D books, learning games much much more. You can also visit "Readings" book store located on same road near main market. There is Jalal Sons on MM Alam road, Victoria in Liberty market. you can also visit "Mall of Lahore" in Cantt. I am waiting my toddler start speaking lil bit so that i can buy all this stuff. :-)
