Gina, I have lotssss of dead and dry skin on my feet. Getting married in early June and I'm so worried cos of them! They looks so bad and i have tried ubtan for a month but i didnt see a difference.. any other products i can use? I heard about alessandra pedix go lightly for the removal of dead skin, any reviews on it or anyother similar products?
^ You need to soak your feet in warm water and rub them with a pumice stone REGULARLY. I find that works much better than any lotions/ potions...though you may want to purhase a skin softener if they are really rough. Avon do a really cheap one that works wonders :)
I have tried soaking my feet in warm water and using stone, but it cause redness all over the feet, appears even more rough. What am I supposed to add in the water?
^ The redness is normal if you're rubbing, and should go away...if not, you're probably rubbing to hard! ;)
I normally add a teeny bit of shampoo just to lather the water up and I also add a few drops of olive oil.
When rubbing, you're stripping away a lot of the moisture from your skin, therefore, it's important to make sure you're keeping them well moisturised again. Massage your feet with olive oil afterwards as well, along with loads of moisturiser...do this regularly, then Inshallah in time, you should notice a difference.

Soak u're feet in warm soapy water and scrub with a pumice stone to get rid of all the dead skin. When u're feet are still damp, apply u're moisturizer.

after keeping them in warm water , exfoliate with sea salt or just plain table salt ,apply some vaseline and lotion then wear socks before you go to bed. your feet will feel softer in the morning. believe me!
