Please list all the blood tests and foods/vitamins you started taking 3 months before starting to try for a baby to prepare your body to handle it and be healthy enough for conceiving.

Regular physical exam.
Prenatals or a good multivitamin + folic acid with iron.
Be active and eat well balanced meals.

If I'm not active or dont do any physical activities will I have trouble conceiving?

How does being active help one to conceive?

same here. i took pregnacare. ate healthy. exercised.

same as niksik/Iyla said, but you need to relax and try to maintain a positive outlook, it helps to conceive.
