I think, the measure of performing in all conditions should only apply to batsmen. Lets cut some slack to bowlers, **a good fast bowler will not be able to take wickets if a track is absolutely flat **and dry, same goes for a spinner.

**A great swing (fast) bowler should be able to make some impact even on dead pitches. Great non-Asian fast bowlers like the Windies quartet of the 80s, Mc Grath, Donald, Pollock and Ambrose were effective in Asia as well

Imran, Wasim and Waqar had almost equal success in Asia and in helpful seam-friendly conditions of Aus and Eng etc. because of their mastery of both traditional and reverse swing (through the air) hence taking the pitch out of the equation.
