I know this must have been discussed loads of times before but an official report came out here in the uk just a few days ago which highlights this problem.
I myself am looking for a 2nd job at the moment and finding it really hard to secure one. I can’t help but feeling that I am being rejected for interviews solely because of my name i.e. its not a white christian name.
Just incase your wondering which field im in, its chemical engineering. Wonder if any of you feel the same way and if so how did you overcome this problem
