He might have made a valid point but it’s just such a weird statement. He’s being accused, by his ex, of assaulting her and the best he can come up with is that “Oh she was surrounded by her bouncers, there’s no way I could do that”. Sounds like a bunch of bakwas.

Preity’s lawyer has clarified that they are not accusing Ness of sexual molestation. From the link below it seems more like verbal abuse and intimidation

well unfortunately where we say a man is the devil... out comes the female who literally pulls up such a plot and is the mastermind behind my 2 statements....
firstly im not mocking and secondly neither am i joking. I hate preity zinta and she is one of those who uses such cheap tricks to be in the news!!!

Agar aurat hi aurat ka saath na de to baaki logon se kya umeed rakh sakte hain. Why is it so hard to believe a woman when she claims that she's been a victim of abuse? This is really upsetting.

In a major twist in the infamous molestation case involving Preity Zinta and Ness Wadia, lawyer of Preity Zinta on Monday, June 16, 2014 claimed that it was not a molestation or sexual assault case. Preity Zinta‘s lawyer claimed that the actress filed the case against the business tycoon under Sec 354 for outraging modesty of a woman.
Meanwhile, Mumbai Police has given Preity Zinta one week to record her statement. According to media reports, there were no eye witnesses who came up to support Preity Zinta‘s statements against Ness Wadia.
So what is really going on? Did he just hurl insults at her publicly or did he physically touch her?

It’s not clear. I do think that original article was very horribly written and vague. I couldn’t tell if it was because of poor information or a desire to use euphemisms because of sensitivity toward sexual topics.

Not sure when Preity Zinta has "pulled such tricks" to gain publicity. Listened to one serious interview of hers. She came across as very thoughtful, nice and intelligent.
