But see PCG that is still not my point. Those three men should have known better.. They didnt need to know in depth information about Islam. Theres no excuse for ignorance there. A pregnant woman was abused. Whether she was a Muslim is besides the point. Those men had no shame what so ever. Thats what angers me. It doesnt even have anything to do with the community getting up and doing something about it. Its not about whining either. Its making sure that people are aware such things happen. And that they should do all in their power to help. Not just the Muslims mind you. Its everyones job. We had nothing to do with terrorists. We dont have to go out and mend matters. We have to help yes, but honestly why should I go and make right the wrong of a bunch of airheads?
see MQ - regardless of whether you intended it or not - discussions on these type of stories always end up being about how horrible Americans are towards muslims. The very people here in this thread who are complaining about Americans are the same ones that are doing very little to get rid of what little (notice “little” ) negative behavior there is towards muslims in the country.
I dont see why there is anything wrong with people expressing personal opinions. This is how we humans learn. If a couple of airheads blow themselves up (extreme example) or do something else stupid, the entire Muslim Ummah is degraded, then whats the issue if people come into this thread and say the three men were jerks or that America lacks in proper treatment of others? Im not saying it is right. I am saying it is expected. This thread might seem like we’re doing a whole lot of whining , but I want people to know stuff like this happens. And is rarely in any media coverage.
And to be quite honest… a country which boasts about freedom and human rights, its a shame such incidents should take place there.

These incidents do occur, no denying, good thing is that police will take the action… if police refuses to acknowledge or take action then we can complain that “all talk-no walk”, right?
