hi my sis inlaw is pregnant, and just wondering is she still permitted to fast. and if not can she make up for them after month of ramadhan or next year???

Yes she can ofcourse fast after ramadan and its ofcourse permitted.

If she thinks that the life or health of her or unborn is in threat then yes, she should skip and make up later, one for every Roza

Its allowed coz the same stuff happened to my own sister, we consulted a religious scholar and thats what he said. Moreover they are 13 conditions in which we are exempted to fast i cant name them all now but try

1) During the time of period for women
2) When pregnant
3) Post natal bleeding
4) Breast feeding
5) Travelling
6) When someone is insane
7) When someone's not well
8) During the time of war
9) If we dont reach the age of puberty

I cant remember the other 4 i will try to add in if i remember.

I don't get why pregnant women would fast. It's not right for the baby and they are already exempt.. sad
