If you have taken your pill bit late ie 30min to an hour, could you get pregnant? I dont think so…
but the question i want to ask what if you DO become pregnant while you are on the pill but you do not realise it? What happens? Is there a chance of mis carriage? Has this happened to someone?
Do you get cravings even if you have taken your pill a bit late but dont know if you are pregnant or not?

What do you mean, taking it late by an hour? If you take the same day, the chances of it working are the same. The only problem arises if you miss the entire day and have unprotected sex.
Even if you do end up getting pregnant (which is unlikely), the pill will not cause a miscarriage. If you're afraid that you're pregnant, take a pregnancy test, or call your doctor's office. They can give you more information.

My doc said taking the pill unknowingly during the first 1-2 months does not harm the baby.

I meant if you are taking your pill from 11am to 11pm and have it taken it @ 11.30 or 12am. I dont think it should be a problem as there is high dose of the medicine already in your body.
