I’m way passed the 12 week stage… i recently had around 14 inches cut off from my hair (cos it was giving me hafki) and now i’m left with a short cute bob haircut… only thing is that my natural hair colour is quite light, but very dull and it’s making me looked all washed out and ill .
I was thinking of maybe using a vegetable dye…what brands of vegetable dye have you people used before…??? I’ve heard it’s pretty safe to use… but is there any other alternative out there? Or shall i not bother at all?
I’m a bit weary of mehndi, cos you never know what colour your hair is going to come out… and i certainly don’t want to look like my head is on fire, cos that’s what mehndi usually makes your hair look like…
I think i’m going to go with vegetable dye… i don’t have black hair so hopefully colour lagh jayega.
But even ammonia free hair dye has lots of chemicals and stuff in it… is it really safe for use? I’ll go to theslaon when i’m back home and see what they say…
Pregnancy does strange things to you… i think i’m going to mourn the loss of my hair when this is over…
Mehndi comes in different colours?? Maybe i should give this a try then
Will report back with the end result. Thanks girls
Will report back with the end result. Thanks girls :@:
yeah, just for hair. almost like buying a dabba of haircolor, except it's mehndi! dunno if inglaind has any of the stuff there. saw it in a desi grocery store here
my cousin got her hair dyed at bubble when she was pregnant, they lady said it was safe. i wouldn't have done it but she and baby didn't have any problem alhumdolillah.
You might see conflicting opinions on this. I personally followed my midwife's advice and got higlights done around the 28th week mark. I looked and felt so much better about myself despite the ever widening waist line.
