I’m a UK citizen, pregnant due in late September/early October. Husband is here in UK on a student visa, we had our UK marriage registration after he came here. His visa will expire in August, I wanted to know is there a way his visa can be extended for 2 to 3 more months so he will be present for the birth?
Thank you for your answer, the thing is we have been married (islamicaly) for 2 years now, however long story short legally in the uk we have been married only 5/6 months.
We do not wish to live here in the UK as we have commitments abroad, just wish to extend the visa for a few more months so we may have our child and leave UK as a complete family.
