Nope, school does not make it very clear, I believe its a generic statement written in very vague terms. While I understand that being a Catholic school teacher she shud hv followed the rules, many teachers in Catholic schools are not even Catholic, and therefore donot have an obligation to follow these laws. Comparing these schools to Islamic ones..?? For Islamic schools, you have to be a Muslim to get in most of the time, while Catholic schools are open to other religions as well.
Acc. to US laws, she has personal freedom and I don’t think the school has the right to question her lifestyle. Besides, they would never do that to a guy and simply put, I think its ridiculous to fire her!
