Don't analyze your situation too much...you know exactly how that happened :D! Now that you're pregnant, start on your vitamins and feel good about it. Get yourself an appointment and start out the next journey. DOn't worry much about the logistics as things always fall into place. And also remember that, probably more babies are born are Pakistan than in the UK everyday! You have nothing to worry about.

Congratulationsssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy for you...babies are a blessing nadzy so enjoy them!
If you are worried about your weight, maybe you can do pregnancy friendly exercises like someone else suggested. I used to work at a fitness center and saw many many women walking (taking it easy of course) all the way up until the end sometimes. I still remember I even called one of them (she was pregnant with triplets) to see if she was okay because she didnt show up to one of her classes and it turned out she had them a little early.

Allah is blessing you with 2nd baby you have all the reasons in the world to be happy. Allah sub khair karey ga just look after yourself and don’t take stress. Wish you a smooth pregnancy:)
PS: My baby was born in Pakistan and I had a c section and my baby had special needs in the early days of her life and we both are doing fine alhamdolillah just look for a good reputed hospital Insha Allah everything will be fine.

For me it was 70,000 + for my c section and 5 days stay at hospital
For my baby it was 90,000 NICU Bill and there was additional charges for her 5 day stay in children's ward. But Insha Allah you won't be needing this but I am just telling you because sometimes babies are required to be kept under the light for jaundice etc.
Mine was a special case so may be charged me more because I was going through many tests and visits from various doctors too. So yours expenses may be much lesser than mine.
If your husband is working most probably his company should be paying for your expenses or the insurance coverage from his company should cover all this. Just get yourself registered in the hospital under the prescribed panel. Any more info you want PM me.
PS : Private is the only good option available don't even think about govt hospital.

Nads i promise you that soon you will feel overjoyed about being pregnant! and i think its normal to feel a bit overwhelmed at this point… i felt the same…now im the happiest person in the whole world! Thank you Allah!
