Citrine, from what I have read is you check for missing menstrual cycle. Some people have morning sickness in the first trimester, some don’t. Rest, get those pregnancy home tester things and do a home test for yourself, it will also help you determine if you are pregnant or not.

Ok I will tell you what I have heard from my friend and his wife.
Obviously you know when you should expect to get pregnant because you had unprotected sex. So if you miss your menstrual cycle next month, that's the first sign. Then you can do the quick pregnancy test. Let's say that you don't do the test, then you can tell when you get the morning sickness. No, morning sickness doesn't mean that you wake up sick, but it means headaches, feeling lazy, wanting to vomit, you want to rest at all times, and some girls even get tired very easily.

U miss a period, get the strip, put your pee on it, the two lines turn red, congratulations and news soon travels overseas faster than the test itself.
