i really think things like "secret mixtures" and whatnot are kind of hokey... i mean, in the end you gotta take in less calories than you burn throughout the day to lose weight overall, and if you're lucky genetically, you'll lose the loose stomach too and if you didn't win the genetic lottery then it's not the end of the world <3 :)

I dont know about the above at all...but my sis drank the water of boiled dill seeds to get her body back. She is still working on it but I know she lost about 50+ pounds (my niece was a chunker, Mashallah) after delivery because of that dill seed water and of course exercise too.
this is going to sound weird, but I really think its how it works .. Its not abt the weight gain but more abt the extra on the tummy ..
My bhabhz has had 3 kiddos in 3 yrs and she has not one bit of belly after each pregnancie.. Apparantly right after the pregnancie .. she makes a drink of water, ilachis, zeera, ajvain and something else .. its gross and it stinks .. but she drinks it through 40 days .. She says it cleans out everything .. and vopchi no belly fat .. anyone of u ever heard of such thing ? ..
Maybe the last ingredient is Fennel Seed? Its used often in Pakistani households to clean the system too. Im just guessing...
