my aunty did had it for two of her kids but after she had her third one, she lost it completely and is so skinny. she doesnt really tell anyone but these are the things she does:
eats in little portions through out the day.........never eats full stomach.......does eat steamed vagetables through out the day. walk after dinner drink lots of water no junk food sit ups
she used to be 65kh before pregnancy and now is 47kg!
i have read somewhere that if u dont loose baby weight within 6 months, it becomes hard to loose
........i agree with u,,thats the best diet...a little exercise wil help...
