It’s going 2 be a baby…
I went for my control checkup… im 19 weeks pregnant, the baby is alright and healthy 
and the doc said that it’s most likely a little girl 
How accurate is ultrasound this early in pregnancy?

MUbarak Ho Snickers! How wonderful. Ultrasounds can be pretty accurate, my aapi found out in her 18th week- but once again, may be Allah has a suprise for you too, so perhaps you can get another one at 26 weeks or so.

I was told by my doctor too, that it was a girl. But i had a son. Allah ke kaam hain..
Just follow ur instincts, cuz they are right, because u’re the mother and carrying the baby. you;ll know for urself if its a boy or a girl. I had a strong feeling at the final month that it could be a son, but oh well, i did all the girly shopping. My son had to wear pink clothes till he was 6 months

its a bit uncommon and scary… am i normal

I have aapi on chat and here is the message for you. 'This is the most wonderful feeling a mom to be can have... from feeling little butterflies to gentle tappings its the first physical interaction by the baby saying hi momee, im here'.
She felt her first movement at 17 weeks and the doctor said its called quickening and gets more frequent after week 20 progressing to kicks and elbow pokes!

Snickers, how wonderful for you!
I was watching this program called "In the Womb" and they said that if you listen to a certain piece of music regularly, the baby begins to recognise it, they even showed the baby moving to the rhythm! And if there is a very loud noise, the baby can get startled too.

Its weird to have movement for the first time..
I jumped to the ceiling when i had first movement.. lol
but now i miss it.

Enjoy when you can. Its a great feeling.
I enjoyed it until my son started getting bigger and his kicks got stronger. I remember by the end of pregnancy i couldn’t sleep because he used kick so hard and move all night.

baby will not only move but will also play boxing with your hubby
Here is the fun part

Get a torch (battery operated) and splash the light on the tummy ocassionally …baby will start responding to it
-
listen to soothing music and place speaker (in low volume) near to your tummy and baby will repond to that too in 3-4 days
