Omg me too - pre-pregnancy I could have chai at absolutely any hour. First trimester nausea kicks in and chai is the first thing that my body rejects
Now able to have not more than 1 cup a day.. but well, guess too much caffeine is bad for the LO anyway.
I realized the other day that the stuff I’ve been craving - apples and gulkand (rose petals in syrup) - are actually great remedies for 3rd trimester heartburn. Guess our bodies know best what’s good for us!
