hmmm.. i went to dr she told me you’re perfectly okay just follow the diet chart and dont worry. i have another issue now My ultrasound is showing that its my 28th week and dr is saying “it seems like you’re 30 weeks , my last period was 4th feb as far as i know .. she said im getting confused now , my due date is 25th november according to US .. they didnt confirm me baby’s gender sub ajeeb ho rha hy mere saath ab hasi aa rhi hy boht .. gynae said " ye chhoro gender kya hy dua kro normal ho” she is girl i think thats why she is not telling me because many women and husbands with their cheap thinking make it an issue accordingg to their narrow thinking, they want baby boy.. but ALhumdulillah i n my husband dont have such thinking, shopping ka masla ho rha hy bus ..
I am happy that the diet is working. Your doctor should be sending you to the lab once a week to get your blood sugar checked to see if the diet is working. If she is not doing that, you need to ask her to do that. Regarding gender, you can go to any other ultrasound clinic in Karachi, doesn’t have to be a very hi fi one and find out. Tell them prior to the ultrasound that you want to find out what you are having. If the doc is fine with the baby measuring big, I guess all is fine, my baby measured a little big too and she was a big girl, MA at birth.
no she is not sending me anywhere she just gave me a diet chart and take a test , after that she said you are borderline you dont need weekly tests.. now i hve changed my dr i havetaken appointment, she even didnt tell me about 8th month vaccination , what about Dr.RUBINA of zia.ud.din hospital??
one thing more , because i couldnt find any sincere and sensible gynaecologist i m not registered yet .. im confused .. any suggestions for delivery? im 8 months and 1 week pregnant ,please help me in choosing best gynae for delivery normal or c_sec whatever ..i have 3 options a.k.u garden, al-khidmat hospital, zia.ud.din hospital gol market .. these hospitals are easy to reach for me and expenses are also reasonable for me but i dont have any experience of gynae n delivery ..
Saniya educate yourself about labour and different stages. Try to spend as much time at home as you can. There is a trend in Pakistan for unnecessary c-sections. Hope you have a smooth delivery and healthy baby. I dnt know about hospitals hopefully someone else can help.
Why don’t you join the November 2014 birth club on babycenter? I stalked my birth club like a crazy person leading up to my delivery and a lot of my questions and concerns were answered just by reading the topics on there …
Don’t you have any family or friends in Khi that have delivered babies anywhere in the city, or at your hospital of choice? Maybe you should talk to them for referrals and first hand experiences. It’s probably more accurate than anything we could advise you on- I think most of us are in the West and hospital practices and policies are completely different here.
Where u live in nazimabad? I will perfer agha khan .I don’t have any experience yet but either go to zaiuddin north not gol market.north zaiuddin has good reputation I have study their and seen many wards .I also born there:)
Dr Rubina is very good. My sister in law had her baby with her and even helped her with fertility issues. She did not have a c section. The doctor should send you for weekly tests. I had my babies in the USA. Different doctors each time in 2 different states and I had borderline GD too. They sent me for weekly tests as well. Remember to tell the nurses at the hospital not to put glucose in your drip / IV when you go for delivery.
