Pregancy & Wieght Gain...

My BS friend and I started WeightWatchers together sometime ago. We both lost approx. the same amount of weight. But for the last month or so she stopped loosing.

She said it might be because she is Preg. :k: but do people gain weight that early in the cycle? (she gained 5 pounds in a week). Or could it be that she’s bloated because its close to that time of the month?

Serious answers please..You never know the friend could be a guppy so be nice..

It has everything to do with the question.

If she is married and her husband is not in good shape, she won't have any motivation to keep herself fit. Also, married people tend to eat more.

umm I dont think thats a factor here.. you forget, she did loose allot of wieght recently so she is motivated.

she could be pregnant or maybe she isnt followin the guideline properly..
she should get herself tested for pregnancy...

aboutt the weight watchers.. do they have their own meal plan an stuff??

No they dont.. Its totally upto you.. whatever you want to eat.
Basically the plan teaches you portion control.

i want to lose liek 10lbs.. magar mujhe duniya ka sabbbbbbbb se mushkil kaam lag raha haiii....

is there any restriction or anything on desi an non desi food..

Here is how it works:

Ur allowed X number of points a day... depending on your wieght.
Every food is assigned points.. you eat whatever food you want but stay within your points..

If you have unused points you can bank them and splurge on another day. But your bank acct clears every Sunday.

average wieght loss is 2 pounds a week. I've seen better results though.

Muniya, usually most of the weight gain is in the last trimester but thats no strictly true for everyone. I have known some woman who gained quite a bit of weight very early on.....although its probably all water and all the extra food you crave rather than the actual baby itself.

Glad you are having success with Weightwatchers though.

There is a chart usually about weight gain and pregnant women. If they are gaining more they should try to walk it off, if they are gaining less then they need to catch up with eating more protein.

You wanna loose weight?
Eat brown bread with a scramble of egg white in the morning made with out any oil or two rusk with a cup of tea in the morning.
Aik rooti and whatever salun u want :p
and rest of the day eat fruits whenever u feel hungry
and workout in a gym for an hour hour and a half and you can loose upto 6kg in a month :p
