.....its like averaging out.....A could learn to slack a little bit....and B would have some discipline in his/her life..

yes..you are right.....it could lead to conflict.....

basically there are 2 types of people.....those who like to be with persons who are similar to them......and those who like to be someone who is in contrast to them....what i said was for the 2nd type of people..

obviously if people involved are those who like to be with similar persons...then so be it
