I’d much rather be an asset (GS ka asset) or a volunteer consultant … unless you are saying that (on behalf of your friend) you owe me now… which may not be a bad arrangement so if that’s the case, I’ll have to think about what I want from you in return.

For someone who wants to be a CA and cant do his own homework?
We should never encourage such demands. you can guide him to do his work but that’s spoon feeding, a very bad trend in our society.
