Swimming is REALLY good exercise but chlorine water and salt water actually dry out the skin and dehydrate it. In some cases it can also make skin splotchy. I swam for years and I had quite a few splotches on my face not to mention the toll it took on my hair.

If you have access to Jillian Michaels videos, start with the 30 day shred. It’s a really good mix of cardio and weights.

Yep, I’ve heard of those. I’ll look into more reviews. Right now I’m looking into Blogilates online videos.
