Pre-school / Play Group at the age of 2 ?

Being a parent are you comfortable to send your kid to a pre-school or play group when they are as young as 2 years old ? I know some parents who have started sending their kids to school and they have just turned 2. I have a 21 months old and some how I just don’t feel right to send my daughter to school at such a young age , I mean she is still 2 year old :frowning: I want her to start school at 3 years …am I wrong ?

I'm thinking along those lines, inshAllah, diamond. I may wait till she 2.5, but I think she needs a place to socialize regularly with other kiddies. And she is mashAllah very bright and I think she will thrive with the stimulation school provides.

Yeah I would definitely want my kid to start pre school by 2 or at most 2.5. They need a place to socialize and it definitely helps them build their interpersonal skills. A 2 yr old at home all day can easily get bored and needs to be kept busy with different activities.

I sent my first born at 2.5 and the second one at 3. She just wasn't ready at 2! It depends upon the child too.
