so when did you start exercising? how did you start?
I think I want to start JM 30 day shred but I dont know if I am ready for it not yet… baby is 7 weeks but I had another surgery less than 4 weeks ago so probably I should wait but I want to get all my ducks in row!!
I only have 5 pounds to go back to pre pregnancy weight but shape is ummm what do I say, shapeless??? so honestly weight isnt my concern, mainly I want to get rid of this csection shelf as they call it or the pooch as I will call it
Are there otehr moms who want to join the routine, if we start one?
I want to join:( but after my delivery(march) that is..its my BIL's wedding in august( the first big event after my own wedding) so i want to get into shape asap..i havent gained alot but still i was so fit before my pregnancy..can anyone suggest a good diet plan..so one can eat healthy, breastfeed and still lose weight? Which exercise routine should b followed?
Please don't do any extreme exercising, apart from basic exercises like walking. Because my aunty had a c-section and other complications as well during and after delivery and after a month or two she started going to the gym. It made things worse because she didn't fully recover which in turn caused many other complication and health issues . Weight can be lost at any time, but health is something much more important especially when you have a child to look after as well.
I'm in for light walking that will help me in not getting more out of shape than I already am. (can't afford anymore weight gain or shape losing, each pregnancy does its number on me)
a healthy diet can be....milk,fruits,eggs,yogurt,fresh vegees salads,boiled vegees,chicken stock,chicken corn n vegetable soups,fish,brown bread,brown rice,iron fortified cereals,wheat biscuits,dry fruits plus walk....
it was my diet before pregnancy,during pregnancy (and will be after it inshaAllah)i havent gained much weight but i think i will lose it easily after delivery inshaAllah....
My midwife gave me okay but honestly I didn't Sk her much..I had left my baby home and had to get bAck asap so I just did t have time to ask questions! And I don't have any intentions to go back there!
I can't go out for a walk,it's below freezing n getting worse!
Anyone who started after six weeks n got results?
Ps! I can't control my diet..I love food too much!
exercise and diet go hand in hand though... you'll have to findways to eat healthier delicious food, or practice portion control, along with working out. the c section shelf is a ***** to get rid of. i know! :/
