Nice pics. How serene Karachi looked!
But now Karachi is an absolute mess. Too many people, and too much mismanagement. Karachi needs to expand. Population density needs to ease.
Cities in other countries with population similar to Karachi are many times larger in size.

I disagree, Karachi was in a bigger mess in the 90's. Nowadays Karachi is expanding and a lot of work is being done, it's easily the most developed city in Pakistan. Karachi is actually bigger in area than many cities with the same population and not that dense. It's just that a lot of unwanted people have killed the city. If Zulfikarabad does get built than it should ease of Karachi's population.

^ It was only Mustafa Kamal era. Now he is gone. I don't see such developments happening without him.

True that Mustafa Kamal had a big hand in the developments but there are still developments happening. Go to anyplace in Karachi and you are bound to see a flyover, road or building being constructed. I'm just hoping KCR actually gets build.
