pre- 135 (already overweight to begin with but only gained about 17lbs during pregnancy thanks to many months of morning sickness)
immediately post- was back to 135 in a month.
post-post... erm... :( suffice it to say that i have a long, long way to go to get back to the 135 and thank God for Spanx! :p
p.s: you people are skinny! jebus.

Shonali..I m too scared to get on the scale to weigh myself... At the docs appt,a month ago, I was let's say 20 pounds more than what should be :(

I gained 30 lbs during my pregnancy and it took 3 months for it all to come off. It's great you guys lost weight within a month.

I was under weight to begin with.........and even after gaining 10 pounds after delivery i still am at the average weight for my height but my belly looks like that of a 6 month preggo
After my first one i did some ab exercises to shed the belly fat but this time i am scared that i have diastases so i haven't started working out yet. I have looked at several videos that tell how to check for diastases but i still cant figure out if i have it. it is so damn complicated.
Does any body know of a way of toning the tummy other than by a tummy tuck or ab exercises.

I don't think any of us are skinny at this moment..I lost weight eight after delivery but gained it all back within 3 months!
Sic..can you only order these online? I don't know what will be my size..:(
