I wouldnt do that in tje mosque. It will disturb other people.

If you have missed the fardh prayer, and it is the fardh prayer time, u can recite n pray aloud, so that anyone who is late like you enters the Masjid, can join you for the prayer, thus it will become a Jama'at...
